I took these photos on a recent holiday in Victoria. This old girl Eastern Grey Kangaroo lives at Buchan Caves, where we camped for a night.

Although she looks very similar to the Eastern Grey Kangaroo's we get at Fourth Crossing, her rhinarium (nose) is much bigger, and her snout looks a lot wider, more like a Red Kangaroo.

This photo shows how each indivdual has its own unique variation - similar to humans having different shaped noses!

I enjoyed my short time with her. We talked for a while and then she moved away to continue grazing.

What a beautiful old girl.
